Comets faced off against a defensively strong Hazelwood East team on October 7, 2017. Waves of heavy rain poured throughout the disappointing loss of 54-0 for the seniors’ last home game of their high school football careers. While the game ended in a loss, the pre-game ceremony left senior players appreciated and celebrated. Seniors walked with an escort and at the end of their walk of fame were greeted with congratulations and thanks by Coach Kenneth Boyer.
