Key Club and JROTC Shine Through Food-based Community Service Project

On Friday, November 2nd, Key Club and JROTC teamed up once again to fight hunger by participating in World Food Day. Our students worked hard for over three hours and together the two groups packed over 1,200 meals. The event is held annually at John Burroughs High School.  Several corporations and private donors contribute to purchase supplies and food in bulk which volunteers then package to   be distributed locally as well as internationally.
